Colt Detective Special In Rare 32 New Police Chambering With Pearl Grips ITEM 3071

Item Number 3071 Category Tag

This Colt was produced in 1963. The pistol’s serial number is 828838. It has the standard 2 inch barrel chambered for the rare 32 New Police cartridge. The 32 New Police Cartridge and the 32 Smith & Wesson Long cartridge are interchangeable. This Colt shows little sign of being fired or used. The bore and chambers are in minty condition. The action works properly and locks up tight. The original bluing would rate a 99% overall condition. The genuine pearl grips appear to be Colt factory grips. These grips fit perfectly to this pistol. There is no cracks or other issues with these grips. The luster is really fine with these pearl grips! This Colt also comes with a very fine reproduction box. The box is in new condition with the correct papers. The box label is also a very fine copy of the original labels. This box is also serial numbered to another pistol but is correct for this pistol. This is a real stunning Detective Special with the pearl grips and being chambered for the rare 32 New Police cartridge!

In Regards to Phone Calls

For those folks that do not know me yet, I’m very hard of hearing on the phone. Therefore when you would call me, I will pick up the phone and tell you that I will call you right back. I have caller ID just so that you know, the reason for that is I cannot use a regular phone. I have to switch over to what is called a voice carry over phone. When I call you back you will hear my voice in our conversation, an operator will type your conversation to me on my phone view screen. With me reading what you are saying to me saves me a lot of confusion for me mishearing words.

I do want to talk to you and answer your questions without mistakes or miscommunications. This system works pretty good, so please be willing to be patient with my hearing loss.

My wife Marcia has fine hearing on the phone and is quite knowledgeable about firearms and is very able to help you over the phone.

Thanks, Harry
