This Rock-Ola’s production date is approximately 11-43. The carbine’s serial number is 4580024. The barrel is by Rock-Ola and is undated. The bore is in very fine condition with a bright bore. This M1 carbine is chambered for the standard 30 M1 carbine cartridge. This Rock-Ola has all the correct coded parts for the time frame and serial number range. of this gun. This low wood stock and hand guard are properly coded for Rock-Ola. This carbine has the latter round blued bolt. This carbine also has the latter style milled rear sight. The carbine shows very little sign of being fired or used. The stock and hand guard have no cracks or other damage. The original arsenal finish would rate a 96% overall condition. The magazine is also coded for Rock-Ola. The sling and oiler are original World War 2 Issued. This is a nice highly collectable M1 Carbine by a rare producer. Rock-Ola only produced 3.7% of the carbines produced during World War 2. That breaks down to 228500 carbines produced by Rock-Ola. Finding original condition Carbines that have not been through the Government rebuild programs is a real find today! Here is a nice condition original as issued Carbine for the serious collector!

In Regards to Phone Calls

For those folks that do not know me yet, I’m very hard of hearing on the phone. Therefore when you would call me, I will pick up the phone and tell you that I will call you right back. I have caller ID just so that you know, the reason for that is I cannot use a regular phone. I have to switch over to what is called a voice carry over phone. When I call you back you will hear my voice in our conversation, an operator will type your conversation to me on my phone view screen. With me reading what you are saying to me saves me a lot of confusion for me mishearing words.

 

I do want to talk to you and answer your questions without mistakes or miscommunications. This system works pretty good, so please be willing to be patient with my hearing loss.

 

My wife Marcia has fine hearing on the phone and is quite knowledgeable about firearms and is very able to help you over the phone.
