Winchester Late Production M1 Carbine In New Unused Condition ITEM 3366

This Winchester was produced around April to Early May of 1945. The carbine’s serial number is 6584599. This Winchester M1 carbine is in unissued new condition. There is no sign that this carbine has been fired at all. The bore and chamber is in minty condition. The blued round bolt shows no sign of ever being fired. All of the parts are correct Winchester coded parts for the time frame and serial number range. This also includes the internal parts in the trigger housing and bolt. The type 3 Barrel band for bayonet mounting has the correct “C” code for Winchester. This carbine also has the Winchester coded magazine release with the extra hook to support the 30 round magazines. This carbine also has the rotary safety. These parts are correct for the late production carbines. The low wood stock still has the W.R.A. G.H.D. with the ordnance wheel stamped on the right side of the stock by the sling oiler cut out. This stock is in new condition also. The Oiler is Winchester coded. The sling is in new condition and correct for World War 2 production. The 15 round magazine is also Winchester coded. This Winchester is a real find in this fine of condition. This carbine will be a real standout in any military collection!
