This Colt was produced in 1928. The pistol’s serial number is 351343. This Colt is fitted with a 5 1/2 inch barrel chambered for the 44 W.C.F. [44-40] cartridge. The barrel marking is Colt Frontier Six Shooter 44-40. The bore and chambers are in minty condition. This Colt is all Matched Serial Numbered in the correct style for this time frame. This Colt shows more sign of being carried than being fired. The color cased finish is mostly faded with protected areas of strong color cased finish. The original bluing would rate a 94% overall condition. The action works just fine with no issues. The hammer is in fine condition with no restoration work. The original hard rubber grips are serial numbered to this Colt. There is a very small chip on the right panel by the toe. It is visible when the pistol is upside down and looking at the grip panel. This is a fine condition Colt Single Action Army with all of the original parts in a highly collectable chambering!
