Item Number 2158 Category Tag

This Colt was produced in 1906. The pistol’s serial number is 7744. It has a 4 inch barrel chambered for the 38 Colt New Police cartridge, same as the 38 Smith & Wesson, Just a different style bullet. The bore and chambers are in minty condition. This Colt shows very little sign of being fired. The action works great with no issues. The original bluing would rate a 98% condition. The original hard rubber grips are in new condition. The nitre blued trigger and hammer retain all of that bright high polish finish. The screws are in the same condition with the nitre blue finish. This is a very handsome looking little Colt! To see this pistol in person will make you appreciate the fine polish and finish of these old model Colt’s. This Colt deserves to be in a fine collection!
