This rifle is chambered to shoot the 30 government 1906 “30-06” cartridge. This Johnson Automatics rifle was made by Cranson Arms Co. of Providence RI. This rifle is equipped with the bolt hold open catch. This rifle is in 99% condition! There is no sign of service use or wear. The stock retains all of the original finish. There is no blemishes to the wood. The barrel sleeve has all of the original finish intact. The barrel takedown is easy to use and remount. The action works properly with no issues. The bayonet and scabbard are in unissued condition. The bayonet still retains the protective wax type coating on the metal surface. The scabbard is in unissued light tan condition. The sling is a correct World War 2 canvass sling. This is one of the finest Johnsons we have ever handled! We have had several of these Johnsons through the years they were all fine guns!
