Smith & Wesson Model 1891 Third Series Perfected Single Shot With Olympic Barrel ITEM 3038
This Smith & Wesson 3rd Model 1891 Single shot were produced Between 1909 To 1923. This pistol’s serial number is 9761. It has the standard 10 inch target barrel chambered for the 22 Long Rifle. This gun has a minty bore! This perfected model has the rare Olympic barrel. These Olympic barrels engage the bullet nose into the rifling grooves and lands 1/8th of an inch before fully chambered. This was to seat the bullet securely for better accuracy. These barrels are rare today to find. These perfected model single shots have the double action as well as the standard single action mechanism. This is the only Smith & Wesson single shot pistol to offer this feature. This pistol is in very fine condition. The action works properly and locks up snug. The trigger release is light and crisp in the release. This pistol shows light use and being fired. The original bluing would rate a 97% or better condition. The trigger and hammer have vivid color cased finish. The original grips are in very fine condition. There is no flattening of the checkering or damage to these grips. This is a highly collectable Pistol that still can shoot with the best today! The box of 22 shells are for display only.

In Regards to Phone Calls
For those folks that do not know me yet, I’m very hard of hearing on the phone. Therefore when you would call me, I will pick up the phone and tell you that I will call you right back. I have caller ID just so that you know, the reason for that is I cannot use a regular phone. I have to switch over to what is called a voice carry over phone. When I call you back you will hear my voice in our conversation, an operator will type your conversation to me on my phone view screen. With me reading what you are saying to me saves me a lot of confusion for me mishearing words.
I do want to talk to you and answer your questions without mistakes or miscommunications. This system works pretty good, so please be willing to be patient with my hearing loss.
My wife Marcia has fine hearing on the phone and is quite knowledgeable about firearms and is very able to help you over the phone.

Our Terms of Sale
This firearm is sold as a curio and relic or an item of historical interest unless specified. This Term of Sale also applies to a modern firearm that Kaiser Ordinance may sell. We the seller, will not assume any responsibility or liability if this firearm is to be shot or used in any way. Any type of ammunition or loading procedures is beyond our control. This also includes any safety or lack of safety procedures in using this firearm purchased by us.
If you, the Buyer, do wish to shoot this firearm, Kaiser Ordinance Inc. strongly insist that the firearm be inspected by a qualified gunsmith as to condition and ability to be fired safely. No guarantees or warranties are implied on a firearm sold by Kaiser Ordinance Inc. Buyer is responsible for any theft or unauthorized use of the firearm purchased from Kaiser Ordinance Inc.
I the Buyer, have read this Term of Sale for purchasing a firearm from Kaiser Ordinance Inc.. I the buyer, fully understand these terms of sale and will accept any responsibility or liability incurred if I violate these terms. I the Buyer will not hold Kaiser Ordinance Inc. or Kaiser Ordinance Inc. employees responsible or liable for the firearm(s) purchased by me, the Buyer.
All items purchased from us have been carefully researched and described to the best of our ability. We want you, the customer to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. We offer the standard three day inspection time. If for any reason you the customer wish to send your purchase back to us, notify us by phone or email of your intent to return the item. Make sure you send your purchase back in the same condition you received it in and insure the shipment for the same value. When we receive the returned item, I will then send you your refund.
For your simplicity of purchasing items from our site, we offer services for paying by the four major credit cards, or if you prefer, by money orders, cashiers check, or by personal check. If paid by personal check, I will have to hold your order until your check clears the bank. I will ship your order within 48 hours after all paperwork and legal requirements [ if applicable to gun sales] are met. Most items I like to send by priority Mail.
