This Winchester Shotgun was produced in 1950. The shotgun’s serial number is 144250. This gun has the standard 24 inch round barrel chambered for the 22 Shot Shells only. This barrel is also counterbored. The front sight is the German silver shotgun bead. This shotgun shows field use and wear. There is no damage to this shotgun. The original bluing shows some freckling in spots. The finish would rate a 94% overall condition. Most of the bluing loss is where the pump handle operates the action. The action works correctly with no looseness or worn parts. The stock and forend still retain the original factory finish. There is some wear and very minor handling marks on the stock and forend. This is a honest used Winchester Model 61 Shotgun. There is no abuse or indifferent handling of this gun. This gun you can enjoy shooting and have fun with and it would still be a highly collectable Winchester! The original boxes of shotshells are not for sale. They are for display only.

For those folks that do not know me yet, I’m very hard of hearing on the phone. Therefore when you would call me, I will pick up the phone and tell you that I will call you right back. I have caller ID just so that you know, the reason for that is I cannot use a regular phone. I have to switch over to what is called a voice carry over phone. When I call you back you will hear my voice in our conversation, an operator will type your conversation to me on my phone view screen. With me reading what you are saying to me saves me a lot of confusion for me mishearing words.
I do want to talk to you and answer your questions without mistakes or miscommunications. This system works pretty good, so please be willing to be patient with my hearing loss.
My wife Marcia has fine hearing on the phone and is quite knowledgeable about firearms and is very able to help you over the phone.
